Shipping and Refund
We at Vau pride in our high level of customer satisfaction. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive the best.
In rare cases where the customer gets the wrong jewelry, refunds may be made subject to the following terms and conditions.
- All returns/exchanges must be made within 72 hours of receipt
- All items must be unworn and unaltered or changed in any way
- There must be no scratch on any of the items.
- We suggest sending through a courier that provides delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages.
We must receive the product and inspect it before an refund can be made. We reserve the right to refuse to refund if the conditions stated are not met.
